The data controller is the publisher of Azimutis.
2. Scope
This Policy describes how Azimutis collects, uses and protects Users' personal data through the Application (mobile, PWA and associated services).

- the publisher of Azimutis,

Data is mainly hosted on infrastructure located in Switzerland and/or the European Union.
8. Retention periods
- Active account: retained for the duration of account activity.
- Account deletion: logical deletion (soft delete), data made inaccessible, then permanent deletion or anonymization within 30 days, unless a contrary legal obligation applies.
- Legal / security data: some data may be retained for longer (legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, evidence/logging).
9. Security
Azimutis implements appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
10. User rights
In accordance with regulations, the User has the following rights in particular:
- access, rectification, erasure,
- restriction, objection,
- portability, where applicable.

11. Account deletion
The account can be deleted from the Application. Deletion causes immediate account deactivation and data inaccessibility, followed by a purge within 30 days, unless a contrary legal obligation applies.
Deleting the Azimutis account does not cancel a subscription taken out through Apple or Google.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
The Application may use technologies necessary for operation, security and improvement of the Services. Where required, consent is requested in accordance with applicable regulations.
13. Third-party services
Azimutis may use third-party services (hosting, subscription management, email sending, technical analytics). These services may process data in accordance with their policies.
14. Changes
This Policy may be changed at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page and/or in the Application.
